Williamson reappointed to state vision board 

Gov. Mike DeWine on Friday reappointed Rebecca J. Williamson Brown of Salem to the State Vision Professionals Board for a term beginning Oct. 31, 2025, and ending March 22, 2028.

Quilt group to meet

That Quilt Group I Belong To (TQGIBT) will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Rotary Building at Fair Park on Oak Street in Canfield. This month’s program will be a presentation by Eddie Murphy who will do a portrayal of Harriet Tubman. Members are asked to bring Civil War era quilts for display.
