Southern Local Elementary preschooler Harper Francis goes browsing before making her selection at the Scholastic Book Fair, which was held Oct. 6-9. Children had an opportunity to purchase literature and other merchandise and proceeds went to the school PTO to support student activities and to restock the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) book vending machine.
