EAST LIVERPOOL — Valley Oaks Care Center has earned a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), a recognition that places the facility among the top skilled nursing providers in the nation.

The five-star designation is the highest rating awarded by CMS and reflects excellence in three critical categories: health inspections, staffing, and quality of resident care.

Facility Administrator Stephanie Wolfe praised the achievement, noting the dedication of the Valley Oaks team:

“This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and compassion of our staff. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting families with the highest level of service.”

Director of Nursing Ashley Scafide echoed those sentiments, highlighting the ongoing commitment to clinical excellence:
