The day started as golfers were treated to custom designed swag bags containing golf balls, tees, divots, and a towel and cookies decorated with the SPSF logo. As the foursomes lined up in their golf carts, Father Joe Ruggieri, pastor of St. Paul Parish, said a prayer and gave a blessing to the golfers.

Other prizes were two longest putts won by Sean Ferrier and Geoff Goll; two closest to the pin won by Zach Himes and Ron Miller; and two long drives won by Jim Smith and Aiden Wiseman. Golfers enjoyed a buffet dinner of pastas with marina and alfredo, grilled chicken, meatballs, garlic breadsticks, and mixed greens salad prepared by the Salem Golf Club chef. Cream puff au craquelin, matcha financier, coconut macaroons, and turtle brownie bars desserts were prepared and donated by the Rumpled Queen.
