MCCTC Information Sessions

The Mahoning County Career and Technical Center (MCCTC) Adult Career Center will host upcoming Information Sessions designed for individuals interested in fall career training programs, financial aid, and the enrollment process. The sessions are free and open to the public. Participants will learn how to apply, tour the MCCTC Adult Career Center, and meet with staff who can guide them through program selection and financial aid options. Attendees should take note that the entrance exam, a requirement for enrollment, will be offered immediately following the session. Those unable to stay for the exam may schedule it for a later date. “This session is ideal for anyone considering attending classes in the fall,” said Jodi Glass, student recruiter. “We’ll walk potential students through each step of the process and answer any questions to help them get started.” MCCTC Adult Career Center offers in-demand workforce training in the following areas: Automotive Technology, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Firefighter I & II, Medical Assistant, Medical Office Specialist, Veterinary Assistant and Welding. In addition, the Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing will be relocating to the MCCTC campus. The HEMSPN program will also start Fall 2025. This expansion will further enhance the Adult Career Center’s healthcare training offerings and give students access to more resources and collaborative opportunities.

Starting at $2.99/week.
