The University of Pittsburgh’s Maureen Lichtveld (left) and Juliane Beier attended a health fair held at the East Palestine Municipal Building in conjunction with the village’s annual Spring Fling on Saturday. The group from Pitt spent the day encouraging residents to participate of the 2023 train derailment.
