The Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame will hold a Reverse Raffle on April 26 at the Hall of Fame, 120 E. Fifth St., East Liverpool. Unlike a traditional raffle, where the first ticket drawn is the winner, a reverse raffle keeps the suspense high until the last ticket is drawn. The first ticket drawn will win $500 and every 25th ticket wins $100. The final ticket holder will take home the grand prize of $5,000. Tickets for the event are available for purchase at the Hall of Fame with limited availability. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame and will help the museum to have a lasting impact on the community.
