Lisbon Exempted Village School Board President T.K. Hiscox has been awarded with the Ohio School Boards Association’s Service Award. The Service Award is a distinct award and is part of OSBA’s STAR Awards Program — Service, Training, Aptitude and Recognition. Hiscox is one of only 71 recipients of this state-wide award. Hiscox has served on Lisbon’s school board for 11 years, four years of which have been spent as board president. Lisbon’s school board, including Superintendent Joe Siefke, were on hand to watch Hiscox accept his award at a March 31 ceremony in Warren. (Submitted photo)
