Mile Branch Easter Egg Hunt

Mile Branch Grange, 495 Knox School Road, Alliance, is sponsoring its 8th Allergy Free Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, beginning promptly at 10:30 a.m. Mile Branch Grange members are hosting this event to provide a safe environment for children with food allergies or other health issues, who often miss traditional egg hunts to protect the child from possible reactions. There will be three age groups for children 0-14. Children need to bring their own basket or bag. The Easter Bunny will be available for to take pictures with. There will be no candy or food at the event. Eggs will contain small toys, stickers, coins, etc. There will be special eggs for larger prizes. All children are welcome to attend. The event will be held rain or shine, under roof if necessary. Dress for the weather. Any one who attends is encouraged to bring gently used books to help restock the Little Free Library located next to the Grange building. Adult and children’s books are needed. Before and after the egg hunt, participants are encouraged to stop at the Little Free Library to pick up a book. Middleton Twp. cleanup day

Middleton Township will hold a township cleanup day for township residents only from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the township material storage lot located at the east end of the village of Negley. Items to be accepted include furniture, matresses, washers, dryers, stoves and scrap metal. Items not being accepted are: any appliance which contains freon, paint, used motor oil, batteries, TVs, electronics of any kind or any hazardous material. No tires will be accepted.

Father-Daughter Dance

Salem Junior Mothers Club will present Party in the USA Father-Daughter Dance from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at First Friends Church, 1028 Jennings Ave. The event will feature food, music, games, crafts, a 5-inch by 7-inch portrait and more surprises. Stuffed chicken breast dinner

Kids Easter ‘Eggstravaganza’

The Way Station in East Liverpool is holding a Kids Easter “Eggstravaganza” from 2 to 4 p.m. on April 13 at 110 Maine Blvd. in East Liverpool. Baskets will be handed out to children ages 16 and under who pre-register. Registration ends April 10 and can be completed online through a link at forms.gle/dAmPBjCyKoWCQE7D7.
