Spring Craft Show

West Point Lions Club will host its Spring Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at the Lions Club at 38240 Industrial Park Road, Lisbon. The event will include Chinese auction items, homemade baked goods and refreshments available. Vendors are needed at $25 per space. Easter Egg Hunt

Foster Farms Therapeutic Center Annual Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. April 13, at 6497 E. South Range Road, Petersburg. The event is free to the community and includes a Chinese auction to benefit the center, selfies with the Easter Bunny, bounce house, pony rides, petting zoo, food booth and Easter egg hunt.

Fairfield Ruritans chicken bbq

The Fairfield Ruritans will be holding their Annual Spring Chicken Barbecue on Saturday, April 5, at Grace Church on Main Street in Columbiana from 4 to 6 p.m. Dinner includes half a barbecue chicken, baked potato, green beans, applesauce and dessert. United open enrollment

The United Local School District is accepting applications for open enrollment students for the 2025-2026 school year. New students who reside outside the district, but wish to attend United Local on open enrollment status for the 2024-2025 school year may pick up applications in the Main office door #8, or Admin office door #3 at 8143 state Route 9, Hanoverton, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., beginning Monday, April 1. All applications must be completed and returned by June 9. Open enrollment students may have to provide their own transportation. County Humane Society to host Shelter Pets are Souper

Columbiana County Humane Society will host Shelter Pets are Souper from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29 at Columbiana First Presbyterian Church, 28 E. Park Ave., Columbiana. The menu options include $10 soup meal of soup, salad, bread and dessert; meatball sub for $10; or $8 quart of soup to go; eat in or take out.
