EAST LIVERPOOL -- The East Liverpool Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA) will conduct a public hearing to consider the following: Hearing No. 03-2024 Petitioner Gary Blake of 1016 May St., East Liverpool, Ohio is requesting a variance from the required 25 feet front yard setback distance. Blake is proposing a room addition at the front of the house which will encroach into the front yard setback area. The proposed room addition will leave approximately 7 feet-2 inches of space from the front property line to the front of the new addition; however, the front of the new addition will be aligned with the existing front porch which sets 7 feet-2 inches from the front property line.
The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. June 13 in Council Chambers in East Liverpool City Hall, 126 W. Sixth St.
