Community breakfast April 20

Damascus Methodist Church and Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church will host their monthly community breakfast from 7 to 10:30 a.m. April 20 at the Damascus church, 300 Valley Road. The breakfast features all-you-can-eat, made to order, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, juice and coffee for a donation. The breakfast proceeds will benefit the upcoming June 23-29 Summer Mission Trip to work with Jackson Area Ministries in Jackson, Ohio.

EP Oldies Dinner Show

East Palestine Eagles #1506 Annual Oldies Dinner Show is sold out for Saturday, April 20. There are still tickets for the Saturday, April 27, dinner show at 6 p.m. Dinner is chicken parmigiana and pasta, salad, roll and dessert followed by a two-hour music show of songs from the ’50s, ’60s , ’70s and ’80s. Tickets are $20 a person or less if for a table for six or eight people. Call 330-853-8483 to reserve tables.

St. Patrick food distribution

St. Patrick Community Food Pantry, 167 W. Main St., Leetonia, will host its drive thru food distribution for Leetonia School District families from 9:30 to 11 a.m. April 20. Have photo ID or proof of residency and trunk clear to receive groceries.

Banquet of Lisbon April 22

The Banquet of Lisbon at New Lisbon Presbyterian Church will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 22, hosted by Trinity Friends Church. The menu will include fried chicken, parsley potatoes, corn, coleslaw and assorted desserts. Dine in only; take out available after 6 p.m.

Salem VFW breakfast

The Salem VFW Post 892 Auxiliary will host breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. April 21 at the post located at 496 Arch St. Haystacks and traditional breakfasts will be available for $7 each. Dine-in or carry out available. Proceeds this month benefit Salem golf.

Smith Grange breakfast

Smith Grange, 11090 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit, will host a breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Sunday. Cost is $12 for ages 13 and up, $5 for ages 6 to 12 and free for ages 5 and under. Dine in or carry out available.
