SALEM - On Monday, Dr. Vidya Counto's office is moving from 116 Carriage Drive in Columbiana to the new SRMC Surgery & Outpatient Pavilion at Firestone Farms TownCenter. The Pavilion is located at 400 Town Center Ave. and is less than a mile from Counto's current office.
Counto's practice, SRMC Primary Care-Columbiana, will be located on the third floor, within the SRMC Medical Group's physician office suites. To allow time for the move, Counto's office will be temporarily closed through March 31 and re-open at its new location April 1.
Those with appointments on or after April 1 should go to Counto's new office in the Surgery & Outpatient Pavilion at Firestone Farms TownCenter at 400 Town Center Avenue.
Counto provides a full range of healthcare services for patients of all ages, including annual physical exams, sick visits, preventative care and chronic disease management.
