SALEM -- A reported domestic incident Sunday resulted in felony charges.
Officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of West 13th Street at 1:41 a.m. Sunday for a reported domestic in progress. Officers found that physical violence had occurred, with a weapon brandished.
Officers located Ryan Everett, 39, Salem, at a separate location where he was taken into custody without incident and transported to Aultman Alliance Community Hospital by EMT prior to transportation to the police department for processing.
Everett was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence and using weapons while intoxicated, both first-degree misdemeanors.
Officers requested assistance from the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office, Perry Township Police Department and Ohio State Highway Patrol Post 15 for the incident.
