West Branch High School proudly hosted the Eastern Buckeye Conference Honors Choir Concert Tuesday evening with a special welcome given by West Branch's own Christian Mikol and Haley Close. The concert saw individual performances from the honors choirs of West Branch, Carrollton, Alliance, Minerva, and Marlington, before joining together to form the full EBC Festival Choir. Following the separate performances all five choirs joined together to perform as the full EBC Festival Choir, which completely filled the auditorium stage. Under the expert direction of Guest Conductor Gregory Ramsdell, with piano by Collaborative Pianist Cynthia Ramsdell, both of Heidelberg University, the EBC Festival Choir gave a performance of five songs "The Music of Living" by Dan Forrest, "And I for You" by Sara Teasdale and Michael Trotta, "Tell My Father" by Jack Murphy and Frank Wildhorn, "I Shall Not Live in Vain" by Emily Dickinson and Ruth Gray, and "Nada Brahma" by Brian Tate.
