Tops 1957

Tops 1957 from Wellsville met Jan. 23 at the Living Well Church with leader Mary Jarvis opening the meeting with pledges, roll call and then Connie Hissam leading the group in prayer.

Tops best loser was Jami Spring and Brenda Young wore the officers ribbon. Peggy Imburgia turned in 10 weight loss slips and received a tea towel. The dimes will be carried over until next week and Hissam won the 50/50 drawing.

The Nono for the week is potato chips.

The inchworm for December was Hissam and she was also the biggest loser for December.

There were 10 members who had perfect attendance for the last three months and the members are: Martha Baxter. Diane Carnegie, Gladys Buzzard, Imburgia, Hissam, Janice Monte, Mary Schmidt, Barb Tranter, Jarvis and Donna Lee. These members will receive two weeks dues paid.

Young read the minutes and they were approved as read.

Jarvis closed the meeting wishing all a good week.

Tops 1341

Ohio Tops Chapter 1341 met Monday, Jan. 29, at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church, with Leader Darlene Naukam, presiding. There was a tie for the Best Loser -- Judy McComas and Mary Gailey. Runner Up was Cassie Ensinger. They chose no eating after 7 p.m. and chocolate candy as this week's No-No's.

Drawing Winners: Calorie Chart – Cindy Hayes, Weight Loss – Becky Andrews, Junk Food – Lydia Kraft, Jackpot – Brenda Miller, 50/50 – Ensinger.

Losing 3 Weeks in a Row, 3 Times in the Best Loser's Book and 8 Weeks in the Attendance Book was Gailey. Chris Plunkett had 16 Weeks in the Attendance Book. Darla Varney now holds the Travel Box.

No winner in the Check Contest. Also, Naukam had lost 3 Weeks in Row at the Jan. 22 meeting.

Naukam read correspondence from Tops Advocate Kerry Schneider. The Chapter Bylaws were read for a second time and voted/approved by the members present.

Choose To Lose Group

Choose To Lose Group met at Boyce Church on Jan. 30 with leader Penny Perorazio presiding. The meeting opened up with the pledge of allegiance followed by the CTLG roll call.

Pam Fouse gave the secretary report and Cassie Stephens gave the treasure report. Both were approved as read. Pearl's biggest loser was Sally B. Diamonds biggest loser was Jean Ferrebee. Perorazio was the officer biggest loser.

Dottie Seevers won the calorie charts. Ferrebee won the dimes and JoAnn Beresford won the 50/50.

Stephens, Ferrebee, and Seevers are in leeway.

New numbers were drawn for the No Fibbing Contest #2.

The no no's are cookies and chips.

Dottie Seevers read an article on Grandma May, Magical Thin Spell.

Perorazio closed the meeting with prayer requests followed by the Lord's Prayer. New and former members are always welcome on Tuesdays.
