Ceramic Santa Claus figurines, hand-painted by Ruthann Dodge, are on display at the East Palestine Library throughout December. Dodge has been painting ceramics since the late 1980s. She worked at East Palestine Library for 18 and a half years before retiring in 2007. East Palestine Library is looking for individuals with interesting displays or artwork they wish to exhibit at the library in the upcoming year.
