Preparing for Christmas in Winona

1 min read

Bright-eyed Layla Hartman, Colt Conklin and Olivia Fowler enjoy handcrafted toys which will be sold at Winona Christmas in the Country from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 2. The seasonal fund raiser for the Winona Area Historical Society is being held in the Museum/1838 Quaker Meeting House on the society's campus at the corner of Winona Road and Cameron Street, Winona. The toys are just a few of the handcrafted items donated by local artisans and crafters. Offerings include specialty foods, wreaths, wooden treasures, ceramic trees, ornaments and much more, unique and reasonably priced. A wide variety of horseshoe creations will be featured. The popular "trash and treasures" area is back again this year. The museum is handicap accessible. (Submitted photo)
