Farmers appoints marketing director

CANFIELD – Farmers National Bank has appointed Julianna Begalla as its director of marketing.
Begalla joined Farmers in 2022 through the merger with Cortland Bank. In her role at Cortland, she served as the vice president/marketing, communications and investor relations officer. During this time, she was responsible for developing and executing the bank’s marketing strategies. Prior to joining Cortland Bank, she served as the resource development and marketing manager at United Way of Trumbull County.
A resident of Cortland, Begalla is an alumni of Youngstown State University. She is involved in community organizations serving on the United Way of Trumbull County’s Women United committee and the Fairhaven Foundation Board of Directors. Begalla previously served as an American Heart Association board member. She was also recognized as a Mahoning Valley Young Professional’s 25 under 35 in 2019.
In her new role, Begalla will oversee the marketing department and work with Farmers Chief Retail and Marketing Officer Amber Wallace on branding strategies and marketing initiatives that support Farmers growth.

The skillset she brings to the table will help broaden our impact across all markets. I look forward to her leading the marketing team with branding, digital and customer experience initiatives,” said Wallace.
