The East Liverpool City Health Department will host a city-wide dog and cat rabies clinic from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Coppa's Mutts and Cutts,117 W. 6th St., East Liverpool, in partnership with Drs. Jennifer and Michael Sandy with the professional staff of Community Animal Clinic along with Michelle Coppa, owner of Mutts and Cutts Grooming. All dogs and cats must be either on leashes or contained in some form of carrier and must be at least 3 months of age to be vaccinated. A cash only fee of $10 per animal applies.
