Emily is a four-year member of the ELHS soccer team where she served as team captain. She is also a member of the concert and renaissance choir programs. She has been a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Outdoor Adventure Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Student Advisory Council, Junior Class Prom Program and Booster Club.

Emily is ranked first in her class with a cumulative 4.0 GPA taking Advanced Placement classes, CCP classes along with taking career tech classes in the district's early childhood program.

During her free time, Emily volunteers at Lacroft Church of the Nazarene helping to teach Sunday school, day camps and vacation Bible school. She also has coached youth soccer at the Beaver Youth Soccer Association and the Salem Community Center. She also volunteers to help teach at her dance studio.

Her plans after graduation are to attend Kent State for a dual major in Early Childhood and Special Education.
