The East Liverpool City Health Department and Community Animal Clinic in East Liverpool will hold a city wide dog and cat rabies vaccination clinic from noon to 2 p.m. May 20 at the front entrance of Westgate School. All dogs and cats must be either on leashes or contained is some form of carrier and must be at least 3 months of age to be vaccinated. A cash only fee of $10 per animal applies. No advanced reservation or appointments are necessary.
