MCMSA ‘Basket Stroll’ to benefit Second Harvest

POLAND — The Mahoning County Medical Society Alliance will host “The Basket Stroll” Thursday, March 2, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Lake Club, 1140 Paulin Road, Poland. All proceeds will benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.
The event features an extensive basket raffle, live entertainment by One Cello and vendor shopping. Participants can enjoy food stations for lunch with a cash bar available. The alliance will be collecting jars of peanut butter for Second Harvest Food Bank at the event. Vendor shopping will include Advanced Skin Spa, Diana’s Delectable’s, Lilly Pulitzer-Legacy Village, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Peggy Pokorosy Jewelry, Suzanne’s and Wild Boutique.
The cost is $30 per person by Feb. 17. Pay via credit card at Eventbrite.com under MCMSA Basket Stroll 2023. The medical alliance is a volunteer organization comprised of physician spouses who provide support to the community through health education, legislation, community service and fundraising. The local chapter has been active for 84 years. They have raised over $230,000 for local charities by holding an annual spring charity event.
