PALO Creative
Joining PALO Creative are content director Eric Hamilton, a Columbiana County resident, national account director Troy Ledbetter and account executive Kayla Statema.
Hamilton brings 15 years of experience as a newspaper editor, copy editor and reporter and 10 years in content marketing and public relations. He offers a unique blend of news, business and technical writing expertise to help manage the content writing department.
“Eric has a lot of experience with different forms of writing and has a strong combination of skills and work ethic,” said Rob Palowitz, president and CEO of PALO Creative. “He won’t only play a critical role in better serving our clients, but he’ll also be able to share his expertise with the rest of our team and help manage tasks.”
Ledbetter has worked on both the agency and manufacturing side of the marketing industry for more than 14 years, working with several iconic national brands. He will manage the marketing of PALO’s larger national accounts and help extend the reach to additional new business opportunities.
He is originally from Cincinnati, a Mercyhurst University graduate and currently resides in Niles.
“Troy has a lot of experience working with large brands and has a knack for creating strong relationships with clients and advising them on how to achieve their goals,” Palowitz said. “He is a really knowledgeable guy, who knows how to be innovative and take lead when it comes to marketing a business.”
Statema joins the PALO Creative team with two years of account executive experience in media sales. She was also the marketing communications coordinator for a group of retirement communities in Central Ohio for three years. Growing up in Warren, Statema went on to be a track star and earned her bachelor of arts in public relations and marketing communications from Ohio Dominican University.
Statema will be responsible for client account communication while managing projects, deadlines, budgets and developing new strategies.
“Kayla is going to make a significant impact right away,” Palowitz said. “Her professionalism and confidence are exactly what an account executive should have, and she truly fits the type of person we need in that role. We’re excited to have her on board.”
