The East Liverpool water department has placed a water boil order after work to tie in a new main line as part of the West Fourth Street project. Areas affected are: West Fourth from Jackson to Market, East Fourth from Market to Washington, East Fifth from Broadway to Washington, Market from West Fourth to West Fifth and any other customers who lost service on Wednesday.
