HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- Ohio State Highway Patrol Lisbon Post troopers are investigating a one-vehicle motorcycle crash that killed a Pennsylvania man at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday.

Young, of McKees Rocks, was traveling eastbound in a 1994 Suzuki GSXR on state Route 172 in Hanover Township when he lost control, overturned and went off the side of the road, striking a support pole. Young was ejected from the motorcycle as a result of the crash.

Young was transported to Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio by Life Flight and was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. Driver inexperience and speed are believed to be a factor in the crash.
