ELO sets water work Tuesday
The East Liverpool water department has issued a precautionary boil order for a water main replacement from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday. The boil order will affect the following areas: outer Saint Clair Avenue, Cartwright Street to Manor Lane, Pond Street and Harding Avenue as well as any other customers who lose water service. This boil order will remain in place until satisfactory bacteria tests are completed.
Robbins sells soup on Nov. 7
Robbins United Methodist Church will hold the monthly soup sale from 3-5 p.m. Nov. 7. Eight varieties of soup will be offered for $7 per quart. For more information call 427-6923 or 427-2390.

Mile Branch Grange will be taking preorders for the monthly drive-thru soup sale Nov. 7. Chicken noodle soup and chili will be offered for $6 per quart and will be available for pickup from 4-6 p.m. Nov. 8 at 495 Knox School Road. Gastroenterology site moving
Effective Nov. 5, the Gastroenterology Center is relocating its Salem office to the second floor of the Salem Regional Professional Building, 2094 East State Street, Suite B. The Gastroenterology Center is the practice location of Dr. William Kolozsi; Dr. Meredythe McNally; Lorraine Cresanto, CRNP; and LeeAnn Hritz, ANP-C. Patients with appointments on or after Nov. 5 should park in the East State Street lot across the street from Salem Regional Medical Center and enter the professional building that connects to the hospital via an elevated walkway, taking the elevator to the second floor. The entrance to the Gastroenterology Center (Suite B) will be on the left. The office phone number will remain the same and patients wishing to schedule appointments can continue to contact the office by calling 330-337-8709. Mammo van will visit library
Lisbon's Lepper Library will host the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center Mobile Mammography 3D Unit from 8:30-11:45 a.m. Nov. 14. Women who have not been screened for over a year can sign up for an appointment. Financial assistance is available to eligible women who have no insurance or a high deductible under Joanie's Promise. Appointments must be made in advance by calling 424-3117.
