John Bartos, 41, Youngstown, had a motion for early release filed by his attorney and also submitted a letter to Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam. LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of trafficking and possessing cocaine as a major drug offender pleaded guilty as charged, but with the prosecution agreeing to dismiss the major drug offender specification.
