Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Clayton Robert Murray, 24, East Martin Street, East Palestine, were bound over to the grand jury for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and misdemeanors of weapons while intoxicated and four counts of aggravated menacing. Court News LISBON — An East Liverpool woman accused of drug charges in two separate indictments was ordered to prison for 12 months. Kayla Edge, 25, Pugh Road, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs and fifth-degree felonies of possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine.
