Grand Jury LISBON — A Wellsville resident accused of conspiring with another person to get drugs into the Columbiana County jail was served Monday with a secret indictment for a felony charge issued by the county grand jury. Taylor Thrasher, 25, Sixth Street, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense, a third-degree felony.
