Court News LISBON — A man accused of burglary was ordered evaluated for competency and sanity during an appearance in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Lonnie Cunningham, 32, Riverview Street, East Liverpool, was ordered evaluated by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio for competency to stand trial and plead not guilty by reason of insanity.
