Salem — Officers spoke to a person at the police department at 4:43 p.m. Thursday regarding a road rage incident in the area of Dodge Drive and West State Street. Municipal LISBON – A Wellsville man who came behind the counter and punched a woman in the face at the East Liverpool Dairy Queen at West Eighth Street was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 suspended recently in Columbiana County Municipal Court.
