Court News LISBON — A Wellsville man accused of stealing a woman’s credit card, using it and messing with her CPAP equipment was sentenced to 10 days in the Columbiana County jail. Andrew Erwin Martin, 50, Hammondsville Road, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on charges of third-degree felony burglary, fifth-degree felony theft, two counts of misdemeanor misuse of credit cards and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool woman is accused of lying about witnessing an unknown person abandoning a malnourished dog on the side of the near Ravine and Bradshaw Avenues in the city on Nov. 16. A pretrial hearing was set Nov. 25 in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Paula Parks, 42, Y&O Road, charged with making false alarms. According to the arrest report, Parks allegedly was found to be harboring the dog following an investigation and did not find the dog as she had claimed.
