Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 16 for Sean Zett, 40, Ravenna, charged with grand theft auto, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly stealing a 2024 Ford Raptor under the ruse of identifying himself under a different name and taking the vehicle for a test drive and to his mechanic on Jan. 17 from Tri-State Ford in East Liverpool.
