Grand Jury LISBON — A Salineville man accused of running over a deputy’s foot and fleeing after an incident when he allegedly threatened another man in the Spring Valley Road area in 2020 was one of 15 defendants openly indicted this week. Scott M. Haines, 51, state Route 164, was charged with felonious assault, a first-degree felony, third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal damaging.
