Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Feb. 4 for Taylor Scott Snyder, 35, North Market Street, East Palestine, charged with strangulation and domestic violence, both fourth-degree felonies, for allegedly beating a woman and saying he was going to kill her on Jan. 29 in East Palestine.
