Court News LISBON — A Salineville man indicted for failure to fulfill violent offender database duties had his case dismissed by the prosecution due to the inability to provide documentation that he was notified in writing of his registration obligations or right to challenge them. Christopher Crooms, 37, Summit Drive, was charged with the fifth-degree felony for allegedly failing to notify the sheriff’s office of changing his address as of April 1, 2025 for the violent offender registry.
