Grand Jury LISBON — A woman accused of stealing money from the Wellsville Youth Baseball League was served recently with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury. Shanice N. Thompson, 33, St. George Street, East Liverpool, was charged with grand theft, a fourth-degree felony.
