Municipal Court LISBON — Recently in Columbiana Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Sept. 5 for an East Liverpool man, charged with fifth-degree felony failure to verify residence after a conviction of arson. Ross, who was convicted of arson in 2017, allegedly failed to report his address to the sheriff’s office or respond to two mailed warnings. Ross is required to provide his current address annually.
