Grand Jury
LISBON -- A second man was served with a secret indictment recently for allegedly illegally entering the Lisbon Fire Department building and stealing equipment, including numerous radios.
Kenneth L. Warner, 18, East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, was charged with fourth-degree felony grand theft and fifth-degree felony breaking and entering by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for the theft and break-in on June 19 at the fire hall on Jefferson Street, Lisbon.
A secret indictment was served last week against Kaedin D. Ulbrich, 19, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, for the same charges for illegally making entry and stealing equipment at the fire department.
According to the indictment against Warner, the value of the equipment was between $7,500 and $150,0000.
Also served recently with secret indictments were:
-- Vanessa L. Porter, 46, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on April 17.
-- Tiffany M. Koncsler, 28, Salem Warren Road, Salem, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine on March 27, 2025.
