LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Davilynn Tasea Mitchell, 35, Youngstown, was bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony burglary for allegedly trespassing in an attached garage at a residence in St. Clair Township on Sept. 15.
Cases against Joseph D. Haynes, 46, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony disrupting public service and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing, assault and criminal trespass. On May 2 in Salem, Haynes allegedly came to a woman's residence after previously being trespassed from the home, allegedly threw her to the ground, spit in her face and pulled her hair, causing harm to her back, neck and face. He also allegedly took her cell phone and threw it in an attempt to stop her from calling for help.
Jada Cheri Pack, 40, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $650 and sentenced to 100 days in jail, with credit for 41 days served, leaving a balance of 59 days still to serve for aggravated menacing, disorderly conduct and driving under suspension. The jail time was also for violating the terms of her probation for a 2025 case of protection order violation. On May 20 this year, Pack posted a video on social media threatening harm to another person in East Liverpool and while police were investigating, an officer could hear Pack outside on the sidewalk yelling, seeing her waving a baseball bat in the air and wanting the residents to come outside. She wouldn't drop the bat until another person pulled the bat out of her hands. While an officer was attempting to speak with her, she was screaming toward the neighbors and causing a disturbance.
Shawn Robert Watson, 26, Austinburg, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with credit for eight days served, leaving a balance of 112 days to serve in jail for violating the terms of his probation for two 2026 cases for aggravated menacing, endangering children, failure to stop after an accident and reasonable control for a March incident in New Waterford.
Bryan L. Cooper, 44, Lowmiller Road, Minerva, was fined $350 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended and credit for two days served, leaving eight days to serve in jail for assault amended from domestic violence, with 40 hours community service. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Cooper punched a woman in the forehead during an argument on Sept. 14 in West Township.
Michael W. Loy, 51, Shafter Lane, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served, leaving a balance of 48 days still to serve for violating the terms of his probation for a 2025 domestic violence case.
Cheyenne M. Bush, 20, state Route 644, Kensington, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for being involved in a fight involving a knife on May 2 in Hanover Township.
April D. Brown, 40, Carrollton, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from assault for being involved in a fight involving a knife on May 2 in Hanover Township.
Jacob Cameron, 21, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $200 for disorderly conduct amended from endangering children for having a child in the vehicle while inhaling a narcotic and consuming an alcoholic beverage and then being stopped by police in East Liverpool on May 26.
A pretrial was set Sept. 28 for Joseph Steven Frank, 53, Eric Drive, Lisbon, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $140, arriving in Unity Township on Sept. 18 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set Nov. 16 for Shannen E. Myers, 47, Glenn Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly concealing two items in her purse and leaving the Calcutta Walmart without paying for them, with the total $36 on Sept. 7 in St. Clair Township.
A pretrial was set Nov. 16 for Michelle Green, 36, Edgewood Drive, Salem, charged with dogs: failure to confine for her dog being loose on July 23 in Salem.
Stephanie Geary, 44, Prospect Street, Columbiana, was fined $1,365 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, leaving three days to serve in jail for merged operating a vehicle impaired charges and driving under suspension. Her license was suspended for two years, with driving privileges granted.
