LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Wayne K. Ayers Jr., 59, Main Street, Leetonia, was bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly pushing a woman and throwing a pan at her while she was trying to get her keys, wallet and clothes when she was trying to leave the Leetonia residence on Sept. 1.
A jury trial was set Nov. 5 for Duallen Joseph Dalton Stanford, 33, state Route 170, Negley, charged with endangering children, drug paraphernalia and two counts of assault related to an Oct. 3, 2024 incident when he allegedly started a physical altercation resulting in injuries to a man and a juvenile, punching both of them. He also allegedly possessed used needles and small white rocks of suspected narcotics in a wooden box under a bed during the incident.
Christopher Allen Dorsey, 45, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and given credit for one day served in jail for assault for snatching the glasses off of the victim and striking him in the eye with his fist on Aug. 3 in East Liverpool.
Alejandra Etziboe Cabrera, 26, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for causing cuts on another woman's hands, neck and face on Aug. 6 in Salem.
Andrea Elizabeth Cabrera, 25, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for causing cuts to another woman's mouth and hands on Aug. 6 in Salem.
Steven R. Dexter, 43, Old Monroeville Salineville, Salineville, was fined $50 and received credit for 18 days served in jail for disorderly conduct amended from assault for kicking a security guard in the knee and grabbing his arm while he was an alleged combative patient at East Liverpool City Hospital on August. 23.
Joel Felipe Lopez, 21, Sharon, Pa., was fined $2000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 178 days suspended and credit for two days served, for engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and obstructing official business. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and 14 days electronically monitored house arrest and already completed the education course. Lopez was accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $100 to be paid via the Cash Ap, then arrived in Unity Township for the meeting on July 8 and was refusing to exit the vehicle or roll down his window and was observed allegedly deleting data from his phone before the window was breached. A felony charge of tampering with evidence was dismissed at the request of the prosecutor.
Jeffrey Allen Jackson, 31, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $250 and given credit for 13 days served in jail for theft for selling someone else's chainsaw to a pawn shop in Chester, W.Va. on July 12, 2025 after it was reported stolen out of back of the owner's pickup truck on the same date in East Liverpool. He was also ordered to serve 30 days in jail, with credit for 13 days served, leaving a balance of 17 days to serve in jail for violating his probation in cases from 2024 for attempted possession of drugs and criminal damaging.
Robert Jeremy McKay, 56, Market Street, East Liverpool, was fined $500 and given credit for 11 days served in jail for possessing criminal tools and criminal trespass for using a knife to trespass in a building in East Liverpool on Aug. 19.
David Allen Barckhoff, 44, Grimms Bridge Road, East Liverpool, was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 74 days suspended and credit for 13 days served in jail and another three days served in a driver intervention program for physical control and theft, with 20 hours community service ordered. Charges of driving under suspension and domestic violence were dismissed. He was ordered to stay away from Four Seasons Mini Mart. He was accused of stealing a bottle of liquor stuffed in the back of his pants from the Four Seasons Mini Mart in St. Clair Township valued at $5.99. The domestic violence charge stemmed from an incident on Aug. 27 in St. Clair Township involving a woman whose wrists were allegedly grabbed, leaving bruises on both arms. The prosecutor requested dismissed of the charge.
Rachel B. Troup, 49, Ravine Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 20 days in jail, with credit for 11 days served, leaving a balance of nine days to serve in jail for violating the terms of her probation for a 2023 case of drug paraphernalia.
James Davisson, 30, Laurel Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and given credit for two days served in jail for disorderly conduct amended from assault and for intoxication for being intoxicated and striking another man in the face on June 24 in East Liverpool.
Albert M. Fullerton, 63, Mick Road, Wellsville, was ordered to serve 22 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation for a 2025 case of violation of a protection order. He was also fined $750 and given credit for 68 days in jail for merged operating a vehicle impaired charges and a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. His license was suspended for three years.
Joseph Biser, 19, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, with 35 hours community service, for menacing. An affidavit said Biser was in Marc's and said he had a gun and was going to shoot people on Aug. 30 in Salem.
Angel J. Myers, 26, Center Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $250 and given credit for two days served in jail for violating a temporary protection order for approaching a protected person on Aug. 18, 2025 in Perry Township.
Haley R. Michaels, 26, South 12th Street, Beloit, was fined $350 and given credit for three days served in jail for falsification, with another charge of falsification dismissed. Michaels made a false statement to incriminate another person on April 21.
Jennifer Brooks, 44, Alliance, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served, with 40 hours community service, for theft for stealing five packs of cigarettes, three bottles of pop and one frozen drink all valued at $39 while working at Duchess, U.S. Route 62, Alliance on April 28.
A pretrial was set Nov. 3 for George Allen Merrill, 60, Moore Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly concealing two bottles of vodka valued at $8.56 in his pants on Sept. 8 at Giant Eagle in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set Nov. 4 for James Joseph Platz, 45, Midland, Pa., charged with theft for allegedly stealing a beer valued at $3.19 from Sheetz on March 11 in East Liverpool.
Tera A. Alexander, 21, Alliance, was fined $450 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 29 days suspended and credit for one day served, for criminal trespass and two counts of disorderly conduct, with one amended from obstructing official business. She must complete 25 hours community service and stay away from the Foundry in Salem. She was acting disorderly and throwing bottles at Fernengels and then going inside the kitchen at the Foundry next door and stumbling around without permission on April 18 in Salem. She was asked to leave the Foundry and snuck back in to hide from police. During her arrest she was refusing to get into the cruiser.
Heather M. Reed, 42, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $300 and received credit for one day served in jail for theft and drug paraphernalia for possessing a crack pipe and being part of a crew that stole 50 items from the Calcutta Walmart valued at $849.64 on July 1.
