LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Daniel F. Lattanzio, 31, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, was bound over to the county grand jury for fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property for allegedly being in possession of a stolen 2011 silver Lincoln MKZ on June 3 in Lisbon. He was fined $50 for loud exhaust.
Cases against Patrick A. Lattanzio, 37, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, were bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanors of operating a vehicle impaired second offense and driving under suspension for allegedly concealing suspected drug paraphernalia in his hand during a traffic stop on June 4 in Lisbon.
A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set July 6 for Kelly Marlee Reed, 36, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony assault and misdemeanors of obstructing official business and left of center for allegedly failing to follow commands of police officers during a traffic stop on May 31 in East Liverpool and then allegedly kneeing an officer when they arrived at the jail and he was removing her seat belt.
A preliminary hearing was set June 17 for Elliott Emanuel Springston, 42, Charles Street, East Liverpool, charged with violation of a protection order, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly being at a residence where a protected person was also present on June 11 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial and status conference hearings were set June 22 for Romellow Marquice McKnight, 30, Youngstown, charged with aggravated menacing and three counts of violation of a protection order. He allegedly threatened a woman with physical harm on Sept. 15, 2025 in East Liverpool and then allegedly sent messages, some through social media, to a protected person on Oct. 28, 2025 and on Feb. 17 and April 3 this year in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set Aug. 11 for Douglas S. Martin, 54, state Route 39, Salineville, charged with assault and menacing for allegedly approaching an Ohio Department of Transportation vehicle on state Route 39 in Washington Township, opening the driver’s side door while making threats and slamming the door on the driver on July 30, 2025. He had begun making threats on July 30, 2025 to the ODOT employee and then returned a second time the same day and escalated the threats.
Charges of domestic violence and endangering children against Miranda Marie Hull, 25, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, were dismissed due to competency findings and stipulations. Judge Danielle Menning found that Hull is not competent to stand trial and there is not a substantive probability that she will become competent, based on the competency evaluation by the Forensic Psychiatric Center of Northeast Ohio. According to a police affidavit, she was accused of leaving a young child unsupervised near a busy roadway while allegedly having a mental breakdown on May 5 in East Liverpool. There was also video footage of her allegedly grabbing the child by the shirt, throwing the child across the sidewalk and beating the child in a fit of rage due to an alleged mental breakdown.
A pretrial was set June 22 for Charles D. Green, 39, South Cross Street, Columbiana, charged with assault and aggravated menacing for allegedly head butting a woman in the forehead, then hit her in the behind multiple times on June 9 in Salem Township and also threatened her, saying he would kill her.
A pretrial was set June 22 for Trinity Ann Syvertsen, 24, North Shadylane Drive, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly charging toward a man with a knife in the parking lot of an apartment complex in East Liverpool on June 12, with police finding a butcher knife in the parking lot next to the victim’s vehicle.
A status conference hearing was set June 23 and a court trial was set June 30 for Clark Earl Geer, 52, Jackson Street, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly causing a woman to fall to the floor and twisting her head around on April 16 in East Liverpool.
An aggravated menacing charge against Gary Allen Shell, 30, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed by the prosecution due to the alleged victim not being cooperative. A 9 mm gun was ordered returned to the defendant. Shell was accused of loading the gun and pointing it at another man on Sept. 12, 2025 in East Liverpool.
A court trial was set June 24 for Andrew Brian Davis, 42, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing and shoving a woman and slamming her head in a door on May 26 in Madison Township.
D’Andre D. Coleman, 37, Wright Avenue, Alliance, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 21 days suspended and credit for nine days served, for domestic violence, with 20 hours community service ordered and no contact with the victim. On May 26 in Salem, Coleman sent threatening text messages to a woman, saying he would kill her when he sees her.
A pretrial was set Aug. 10 for Douglas A. Detchon, 46, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for $100, then traveled to East Palestine on June 10 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A pretrial was set Aug. 10 for Rachel Jodawn Snyder, 42, Cameron Road, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing items in the lobby of the East Liverpool Police Department causing a disturbance again after speaking with her earlier and dispatchers asking for police help after calling EMS for her on June 8 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set Aug. 12 for Heather A. Rice, 53, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a smoking pipe during a traffic stop on May 18 in Wellsville.
