LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set April 8 for Travis B. Ferguson, 39, 10th Street Extension, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony passing bad checks for allegedly issuing a bad check for $1,018 to Quaker City Septic in Leetonia on Sept. 16, 2025.

A pretrial was set May 27 for Thomas Randall Hughes II, 38, state Route 154, Negley, charged with theft for allegedly attempting to scan 32-cent stickers for all of his items at the Calcutta Walmart, trying to take 11 items valued at $243 on Jan. 24.

A sentencing hearing was set March 31 for Jerimee R. Csonka, 47, Chester, W.Va., who pleaded guilty to criminal damaging for breaking the tail light on a woman’s truck in East Liverpool on Oct. 3, 2017.

A court trial was set April 7 for Wilson Armando Pacheco Lopez, 26, Salem Unity Road, Salem, charged with reasonable control.

A pretrial was set May 13 for Chandler S. Davis, 26, Bye Road, East Palestine, charged with driving under suspension, improper/expired registration, no valid license and expired plate.

A pretrial was set June 2 for Zoe Nicole Bourne, 24, Hill Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving while texting.

A pretrial was set May 20 for James Allen Edge, 38, Midland, Pa., charged with driving while texting.

A pretrial was set May 13 for Dray Reese Bailey, 34, Inez Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set May 11 for Catherine Sayre, 54, East Liverpool, charged with failure to reinstate.

Andrew J. McClellan, 38, state Route 172, Minerva, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and reasonable control.

Samantha J. Miller, 39, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.

Savanna L. McKee, 30, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

Randall L. Meadows, 20, Adelaide Street, Minerva, was fined $250 for speeding.

Kirk R. Roberts, 39, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for expired license.

Eric Trenkelbach, 37, High Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.

Brooke A. Potts, 24, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $50 for no license.

A charge of receiving stole property, a fourth-degree felony, for Devon Gage Lockhart, 23, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury. Lockhart is accused of possessing a firearm reported stolen out of Akron that was recovered under his seat while he was a passenger in a traffic stop on St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, March 3. He was also charged $250 for discharging a firearm in a separate case.

A charge of domestic violence, a third-degree felony, for Johnathan R. Easterday, 35, Aten Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury. Easterday is accused of causing physical harm to a member of his household Jan. 29.

A preliminary hearing was set April 1 for Tina Piatt, 54, Washington Street, Newell, W. Va., charged with theft, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly stealing a vehicle from Y&O Road March 10.

A status conference hearing was set June 1 for Jeremy Landon Young, 39, Springfield, Ohio, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

A pretrial was set March 18 for Shane Tyler Randolph, 34, Fisher Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening a victim with physical harm.

A pretrial was set March 23 for Robert L. Byrd, 45, Canton, charged with aggravated menacing and two counts of menacing for allegedly threatening to blow up the victim’s truck and level her home, sending a photo of a firearm Dec. 10, 2025, and becoming belligerent and threatening an officer while at the East Liverpool City Hospital March 9.

A pretrial was set March 24 for Travis James Shultz, 42, Mountz Road, Homeworth, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .17-plus first offense and reasonable control.

A pretrial was set March 30 for Trent Conaway, 46, West North Avenue, East Palestine, charged with reasonable control.

A pretrial was set May 13 for Chelsea Rose Baker, 35, Laura Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with making false alarms for allegedly claiming on March 6 items were missing from her home following a burglary and was found not to have returned home before making the claim. Baker was also fined $100 for criminal trespass amended from theft.

A pretrial was set May 18 for Janlee Manypenny, 47, Metz Road, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set May 18 for Paul Joseph Schrag, 36, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with failure to comply.

A pretrial was set May 18 for Christian Matthew Bell, 30, Massillon, charged with two counts of theft for allegedly stealing a box of chicken wings from an East Liverpool business Dec. 16 and a bag containing personal items from an Oddfellows apartment Dec. 3.

A pretrial was set May 20 for Donna J. May, 39, Main Street, Wellsville, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damaging for allegedly hitting her head off a wall and punching the inside of the front door of a Sell Road, Lisbon, home Feb. 28.

A pretrial was set June 1 for Marco Vinicio Fajardo Vera, 24, Hackensack, New Jersey, charged with displaying false driver’s license.

A pretrial was set June 1 for Francis Miguelino Faslino, 35, Hubbard, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for allegedly arranging with a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent to pay for sexual activity with an adult female in exchange for methamphetamine and traveling to East Palestine Aug. 28 for the meeting.

Tiffany Nicole Love, 38, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days in jail (89 suspended, one credited), placed on two years probation, ordered to complete 20 hours community service, and make $250 restitution and have no contact with the Dollar General in New Waterford.

Joseph Defilippis, 45, Weirton, W. Va.,was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 40 hours community service and a prostitution prevention online course for engaging in prostitution. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Paul Lee Beaver Sr., 56, Wooster Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Zoey Summer Daniel, 25, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for no driver’s license amended from driving under suspension.

Charles A. Moore II, 40, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from reasonable control.

David George Gasior, 52, homeless, was fined $150 and sentenced to 45 days (13 credited) for aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct for threatening to kill a victim and punched the side of the victim’s home on Feb. 26 in East Liverpool.

Wilbert Edward Faulk Jr., 39, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from criminal mischief for puncturing tires on a vehicle on Wilbert Avenue in East Liverpool July 5, 2025.

Janaya Lee Miller, 42, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), placed on one year probation and ordered to complete 30 hours community service for criminal trespassing.

Jonathan D. Thompson, 31, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for speed.

Larry Robert Blakely, 35, Follensbee, W. Va., was fined $750, sentenced to 90 days in jail (68 suspended, 12 credited), placed on two years probation and ordered to complete anger management assessment and have no contact with his victims for striking the victims causing injuries June 14, 2025 on Globe Street, East Liverpool.

Allen S. Vancooney, 30, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $400, sentenced to 90 days in jail (70 suspended, nine credited), placed on two years probation and ordered to have no contact with the victims for a protection order violation and criminal trespassing for entering the North Howard Avenue, Salem, home of someone with a protection order against him Feb. 26 and criminal trespassing for entering an East Perry Street, Salem, home without permission March 1.

Jonathan J. Crow, 29, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $1,300, sentenced to 270 days in jail (196 suspended, two credited), placed on two years probation, had his driver’s license suspended for two years and ordered to complete 60 hours community service for failure to comply, obstructing official business, reckless operation and OVI second offense. A charge of OVI refusal second offense was dismissed.

Paul Lee Beaver Jr., 36, Orchard Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 and sentenced to 25 days in jail (10 credited) for unauthorized plate, no driver’s license and a protection order violation.

Ethan M. Hill, 23, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $650 and sentenced to 20days in jail for aggravated menacing, assault amended from domestic violence and disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. A count of menacing and one of aggravated menacing were dismissed. Hill threatened to kill a victim at a Salineville home Nov. 3 and threatened a victim with physical harm Sept. 4.

Bettina K. Leake, 57, Sherman Street, Lisbon, made restitution for disorderly conduct amended from criminal damaging.
