LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against David Q. Rhodes, 53, Creek Road, New Waterford, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a woman by the neck, causing her to have a hard time breathing, and throwing her to the ground during a domestic on Feb. 25 in Unity Township.

Cases against Darrien J. Greenlee, 32, North Market Street, Lisbon, were bound over to the county grand jury for harassment with a bodily substance, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanors of obstructing official business, persistent disorderly conduct, and disorderly conduct. Another count of disorderly conduct was dismissed. Greenlee was accused of spitting at police officers multiple times during an encounter and continued spitting after being warned on Feb. 26 in Lisbon. She was yelling and cursing at others and told she would be cited and persistently continued and escalated the behavior in front of officers and refused to give her identification. For the dismissed charge, on Feb. 5 in Lisbon, she was accused of stepping into the center of the road on North Market Street while yelling at passing vehicles. Her probation was dishonorably terminated for a 2025 assault case for violating the terms.

A preliminary hearing was set April 6 for William L. Woolf, 42, Alliance, charged with fifth-degree felony tampering with traffic control devices for allegedly running over a stop sign and pole at Buck Road at Westville Lake Road, Beloit, Knox Township on March 22, 2025.

A preliminary/pretrial hearing was set March 16 for Douglas H. Flick, 58, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, charged with fourth-degree felony operating a vehicle under the influence, and misdemeanors of driving under suspension and failure to display valid sticker. The charges are from a traffic stop on March 7 in Madison Township.

Amy Lynn Crummitt, 52, Newell, W.Va., was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended and credit for two days served, leaving a balance of 18 days still to serve in jail for two counts of misdemeanor assault, with one charge amended from felonious assault, a second-degree felony. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay away from the victims. Crummitt was accused of striking an employee of Berdine’s Bar in the head with a beer bottle after being refused service on Feb. 25 in East Liverpool and also punching a man in the face three to four times after being told to leave the bar.

Brandon R. Moore, 22, McKee Road, Wellsville, was fined $100 and sentenced to 70 days in jail, with credit for 33 days served, leaving a balance of 37 days still to serve in jail for receiving stolen property and two counts of obstructing official business (no fine for either count). On May 9, 2023 when the Columbiana County Special Response Team was executing a search warrant at his Wellsville residence, he was refusing to comply with orders and said no when asked to leave the residence. On Sept. 2, 2023 in St. Clair Township, he tried to run after being taken into custody during a traffic stop and was tased. He had stolen property in his possession on March 8, 2022 in East Liverpool. He received no fine and a 40-day suspended jail term for failure to obtain permission to hunt on a Madison Township property on Oct. 5, 2022. Six other hunting violations and miscellaneous wildlife charges were all dismissed. He received no fine and a suspended 29-day jail term for underage consumption from August 2022, along with a fine of $150 for driving under suspension and expired tag. He was also ordered to serve 60 days in jail, with credit for 29 days served, for violating the terms of his probation for a 2022 OVI case, with the time to be served at the same time as the sentence for the other cases.

Taylor Scott Snyder, 35, North Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct amended from unlawful restraint for restraining a woman from leaving until she fought herself free on Dec. 6, 2025 in East Palestine.

Brianna N. Marker, 34, Steubenville, was fined $100 for criminal trespass amended from theft, with restitution complete. Marker had been accused of stealing a television and a saw from the Calcutta Walmart on March 23, 2019.

A pretrial was set May 19 for Tyler L. McClish, 29, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, charged with menacing for allegedly threatening to physically harm a woman, her roommate and her cats, throwing a rock at her car and throwing her porch furniture off of the porch on March 8 in Hanoverton.

A pretrial was set May 11 for Joshua D. Veglia, 45, Bank Street, East Liverpool, charged with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly being within 500 feet of the residence of a protected person on Feb. 28 in Madison Township.

A pretrial was set May 19 for Charles Raymond Lewis, 43, Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft and criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing at the former Motor Lodge property on Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool and stealing wood and tire rings on March 4.

Annalise May Kramer, 19, Dakota Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for theft. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service, a theft prevention online course and to have no contact with Walmart in Calcutta. She was seen on camera switching the price tag of one item with another item, scanning the item and leaving on July 30, 2025 at the Calcutta Walmart.

A pretrial was set May 19 for Michael Aaron Schnelle, 38, Park Avenue, East Palestine, charged with permitting underage consumption and offenses involving underage persons for allegedly admitting to buying alcoholic beverages for his underage son, but claiming to not know that other underage persons were drinking at his residence on Nov. 2, 2025, which is when police initiated a traffic stop on a juvenile who said he was provided alcoholic beverages by the father of a friend. Other juveniles also advised they consumed alcoholic beverages or saw other underage persons consuming alcoholic beverages at a party at the Schnelle property that night, an affidavit said.

A pretrial was set May 19 for Nicole D. Dean, 43, Benton Road, Salem, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a plastic bag with residue and a cut straw with residue during a traffic stop on March 5 in Salem.

Michael James Gonter, 18, Somer Street, Leetonia, was fined $500 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for physical control. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Courtney Dawn Vranesevich, 33, Riverview Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for reckless operation amended from operating a vehicle impaired. Another OVI charge was dismissed. Vranesevich was ordered to serve 20 hours community service.

James Joseph Lisk, 29, Oak Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,065 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended for OVI, with credit for three days and $500 of the fine suspended for completing a driver intervention program. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and his driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted.

A pretrial was set May 12 for Brad Thomas Dearth, 30, West Main Street, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and no seat belt.

A pretrial was set May 4 for Pamela J. Sisco, 58, Moore Street, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension and a turn signal violation

Tina M. Smith, 55, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,175 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended, for OVI, speeding and marked lanes. She will receive three days jail credit and $500 of her fine will be suspended for completing a driver intervention program. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and she was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

Flint A. Cox, 57, Punxsutawney, Pa., was fined $900 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 150 days suspended, leaving a balance of 30 days still to serve for OVI second offense and reasonable control. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service and his driver’s license was suspended for three years.

John J. Montean, 43, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for driving under suspension, with no fine for driving while texting due to completing a distracted driving safety course.

Nicholas Jordan Lee Dobson, 36, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Matthew J. Price, 42, Alliance, was fined $100 for stopped school bus.

Eric Arnold Setterberg, 29, Masury, was fined $80 for no license and no seat belt.

Ethan Boyd, 29, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and a tail lights violation.

Amanda M. Tuttle, no age listed, Short Street, Salem, and Timothy L. Tuttle, no age listed, state Route 39, Salineville, were each fined $500 each for six counts of failure to file city income tax return each, with the fines suspended on the condition of complying with the payment plan and filing timely future returns. They were each charged for failing to file East Liverpool city income returns from 2020 through 2025.

Roger L. Bailey Jr., no age listed, and Tara M. Bailey, no age listed, both Cora Street, East Liverpool, were each fined $1,000 for two counts each of failure to file city income tax return, with the fines suspended on the condition of complying with the payment plan and filing timely future returns. They were each charged for failing to file East Liverpool city income returns in 2024 and 2025.

A pretrial was set May 19 for Brandon Myers, 51, Orchard Grove, East Liverpool, charged with driving under suspension, speeding and no driver’s license.

Dakota R. Robinson, 26, West Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $450 and given a suspended 180-day jail term for driving under suspension and speeding. He was ordered to complete 50 hours community service

Brian Keith Potts Jr., 35, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for speeding, with no fine for driving under suspension.

Luciano J. Amendolea, 20, Youngstown, was fined $25 for lighted lights required, with a charge of OVI first offense dismissed.

Michael Harroff, 44, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $105 for driving under suspension and a tail light violation.

Ashley S. Miller, 36, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Richard Allen Sherry Jr., 44, Newton Falls, was fined $75 for improper plate.
