LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Douglas A. Davis, 54, last known address Walnut Ridge Road, Salineville, were bound over to the county grand jury for a first-degree felony charge of failure to verify change of address and misdemeanor falsification for allegedly falsifying his address on the sex offender registration on Nov. 3, 2025, with the sheriff’s office learning on Jan. 7 that he had not been living at the address for several months.
Grant Michael Goodballet, 27, Bank Street, East Liverpool, was fined $300 and sentenced to 120 days in jail, with credit for 87 days served, leaving a balance of 33 days still to serve in jail for two counts of domestic violence for pulling a woman’s hair while she was driving and also pulling the hair of another man while placing his hand over his neck in a strangle motion on July 21, 2025 in East Liverpool. He also threw a lit cigarette at the woman which struck her leg.
Justin Darrell Minor, 37, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and given a suspended 30-day jail term for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 25 hours community service. He was accused of striking a woman in the face with an open hand and hitting her in the thigh with a frying pan on June 25, 2025 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set Feb. 25 for Michael Shane Fowler, 54, West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly throwing boxes at another man during an argument, with the victim alleging the defendant threatened him and attempted to grab him when he pushed him from his room, then got up and came at him again and he pushed him again.
A pretrial was set March 23 for Christopher S. Depew, 35, Jefferson City, Tenn., charged with domestic violence and criminal damaging for allegedly pushing a woman and breaking her television in East Liverpool on Sept. 26, 2024.
A pretrial was set Jan. 26 for Devon Matthew Dalessio, 28, North Shady Lane, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly holding a woman in a restraint by her arms and then threatening to harm her on Jan. 13 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set April 1 for Matthew P. Landsberger, 51 Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly providing false information to the Ohio State Highway Patrol on Jan. 1, claiming he crashed a pickup when his son was the actual operator of the pickup in Middleton Township.
A pretrial was set April 7 for Tiffany Marie Davis, 35, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with intoxication, drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct for allegedly possessing a used spoon, used hypodermic needles and several small folds with a purple powdered substance in her purse after being taken to East Liverpool City Hospital while in custody May 30, 2025. A police affidavit said police were called to Dollar General for a woman, identified as Davis, allegedly passed out who woke back up and ran into the store and was attempting to hide a bookbag while unsteady on her feet. The purse was allegedly found inside the bookbag. The intoxication charge stemmed from a Feb. 1, 2025 incident in East Liverpool.
Robert J. Davis, 40, Purinton Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and given a suspended 30-day jail term for menacing. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to have no contact with the victims. Davis was accused of yelling racial slurs and trying to entice others to fight at Carriage Hill Apartments in St. Clair Township, harassing the victims and getting in their face.
Erika Francis Miller, 45, East Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 169 days suspended and credit for 11 days served, for assault amended from domestic violence. Another charge of domestic violence was dismissed. Miller was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. She was accused of shoving a woman and placing her hands around her throat when the woman attempted to break up a fight between the defendant and a man on Sept. 22, 2025 in East Liverpool. Miller poured coffee on his head and punched him.
A charge of violation of a protection order against Elwood E. Williams, 27, Summit Street, Salem, was dismissed. He had been accused of allegedly being in a vehicle with a protected person from a protection order on Dec. 15 in East Liverpool.
Brittani Rey Talarico, 35, Magnolia, was fined $350 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served, for telecommunications harassment. She was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay away from the victim. Talarico was accused of sending unwanted and repetitive messages to another woman, which was reported Sept. 25, 2025 including allegedly sexually explicit nude photos and videos and using threatening language, according to an affidavit. The victim had messaged back to stop messaging her and the defendant allegedly continued sending messages.
Seth R. Beery, 25, Lisbon Road, Salem, was fined $250 and sentenced to nine days in jail, with credit for nine days already served, leaving zero days to serve for obstructing official business. Beery fled from Leetonia police on foot due to having a warrant on March 30, 2020 in Leetonia.
David Lewayne Sparks, 32, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served, leaving a balance of 48 days to serve for violating his probation for a 2024 aggravated menacing case and a 2018 operating a vehicle impaired case.
Daniel A. Dochterman, 58, last known address West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 160 days suspended and credit for seven days served, leaving a balance of 13 days still to serve for aggravated trespassing, a misdemeanor, amended from fifth-degree felony breaking and entering. He was ordered to complete 30 hours community service and to have no contact with an address on West Pershing Street, Salem. A restitution hearing was set for Jan. 28. Dochterman trespassed in a property on West Pershing Street, Salem on Jan. 6.
Denver N. Stonestreet, 36, Shore Lane, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Stonestreet was accused of biting a woman on the back and striking her in the face on Sept. 30, 2025 in Center Township.
Shannon Marie Johnson, 45, McDonald Street, East Liverpool, was fined $720 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended, leaving 10 days to serve in jail for obstructing official business, unauthorized plate, theft, and two counts of drug paraphernalia. There was no fine for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Another count of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Johnson was ordered to complete 60 hours community service and to have no contact with the Calcutta Walmart. During a traffic stop on Oct. 5, 2025 in Liverpool Township, she gave a different name and date of birth than her own and possessed two glass pipe and a clear baggie with suspected drugs. On July 8, 2025, she was accused of stealing 24 items valued at $210 from the Calcutta Walmart and then wrecking a vehicle after fleeing.
A pretrial was set March 23 for James A. Naples, 38, Warren, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly test driving a GMC Sierra from Stadium GM in Salem longer than the agreed timeframe on Oct. 2, 2025.
Michael J. Villegas, 29, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $915 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for two counts of operating a vehicle impaired merged for sentencing and marked lanes. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service. He was also fined $50 for open container.
Caley Boyd, 22, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for driving under suspension. Boyd was ordered to complete 30 hours community service.
Jordan M. Franklin, 30, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $1,065 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI, driving under suspension and a brake light violation. Franklin’s driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
A pretrial was set Jan. 28 for Robyn Marie Wornoff, 36, Garfield Heights, charged with operating a vehicle impaired first offense, driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
A pretrial was set April 1 for Nicholas Landsberger, 25, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, charged with failure to stop after an accident and reasonable control.
A pretrial was set Jan. 26 for Donald R. Smith, 66, Speidel Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension.
A pretrial was set March 30 for David E. Felton, 31, Fort Smith, Arkansas, charged with speeding.
A pretrial was set April 1 for Micheal Paterchak, 32, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension.
Julissa Rojas-Hernandez, 28, Youngstown, was fined $50 for speeding after being found guilty during a trial to the court.
Juan J. Baez, 44, Second Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 for no license.
Herman W. Brink, 47, Hubbard, was fined $150 for non compliance/driving under suspension.
Makayla E. Howard, 23, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, was fined $150 for non compliance/driving under suspension.
Jade Hall, 38, Newell, W.Va., was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Jessie L. Barton, 37, Beachwood Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
