LISBON –A Lisbon man recently entered a guilty plea to charges stemming from a high-speed chase in June. Ryan Geho, 30, Mattix Road, will be sentenced on Oct. 24 for third-degree-felony failure to comply with a police officer and fifth-degree felony vandalism. When Columbiana police attempted a traffic stop on his motorcycle, Geho allegedly fled at high rates of speed and after ramming the police cruiser and crashing into two parked vehicles, his motorcycle crashed on June 27 in Columbiana.

LISBON–A Massillon man has been bound over to the grand jury for allegedly possessing a stolen woodchipper.
Glen Guthrie Jr., 56, Osage Avenue, Massillon, was bound over to the grand jury charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly possessing and attempting to sell a BC1000 woodchipper by auction for $14,000 without the identification plate on April 9. The woodchipper was reported stolen through the Canton Police Department on April 5.
Alex Conkle, 31, Macklin Road, New Waterford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 86 suspended and credit for four days served and fined $950 for criminal trespass and obstructing official business amended from falsification for falsely reporting his vehicle and cell phone as stolen before being found driving the vehicle on March 25, 2023 in East Liverpool.
Jason Peterman, 55, Fifth Street, Carrollton, was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and fined $750 for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for arranging to meet with an undercover agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force in Salem on Dec. 5 for sexual conduct in exchange for $140 and possessing the cell phone used to arrange the illegal acts when meeting with the agent.
Megan Barker, 30, Skyview Drive, Weirton, West Virginia, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 suspended 40 hours of community service and pay $67.46 in restitution to Wal-Mart in East Liverpool, and fined $250, for swapping tags for 15 items totaling $67.46 and fleeing the business on Aug. 21 in East Liverpool.
Misty Tice, 42, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $350 for criminal mischief for attempting to steal hospital property including phones and medical equipment while under the influence of drugs on Dec. 29 in East Liverpool.
Aaron Francis, 39, Market Street, Youngstown was fined $250 for criminal trespass for entering a property they were trespassed from on June 4 in East Liverpool.
Ryan Blake, 25, Edgewood Street, East Liverpool was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
David Samora, 46, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and expired plates.
Lauren Horvatovich,35, Boardman Canfield Road, Poland, was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended leaving three days to be served and fined $1,125 for OVI and a marked lanes violation.
A preliminary hearing was set Sept. 4 for Michael Earich, 24, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence for allegedly pulling another person from a vehicle by their hair during an argument before re-entering the vehicle and kicking the other person out of the doorway when they attempted to re-enter the driver’s seat. The woman could also allegedly be heard screaming for help while they returned to a residence before what sounded like someone falling down the stairs.
A preliminary hearing and pretrial were set Sept. 4 for David Gamble, 36, Market Street, Youngstown, charge with second-degree felony burglary and misdemeanor theft and criminal mischief for allegedly breaking into a residence and stealing items before spreading them out in the parking lots surrounding the building in East Liverpool on August 27.
A court trial was set Sept. 18 for Susan Arnott, 58, Buckeye Road, Lisbon charged with parking prohibitions.
A pretrial was set Dec. 2 for Payton Wilson, 27, Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension for allegedly having a bag with paraphernalia commonly used to inhale drug substances in her vehicle and a glass pipe with burnt residue in her purse during a traffic stop in East Liverpool on Aug. 2.
A pretrial was set Dec. 4 for Francis Fasline, 34, Park Avenue, Hubbard, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly arranging to meet with an undercover agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force on Aug. 27 for sexual conduct in exchange for methamphetamine and possessing the cell phone used to arrange the illegal acts and methamphetamine when meeting with the agent.

A pretrial was set Sept. 4 for Timothy Tomor, 49, Highland Avenue, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to harm a person during a dispute, and later threatening to let their dog attack them before being physically restrained on Aug. 26 in Center Township.
A pretrial was set Dec. 2 for Matthew Berger, 48, King Road, charged with violation of a protection order for allegedly sending the protected person a blank text message at 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 13.
