Grand Jury

LISBON — A woman indicted five years ago for a weapons charge and drug charges was finally served Wednesday in LaPort, Ind. with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury.

Marie Heninger, 56, last known address Wayne Bridge Road, Lisbon, was charged with fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, fourth-degree felony improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor possession of drugs for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and clonazepam and knowingly transporting a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on May 1, 2020.
