Grand Jury

LISBON — Jennifer Perrot, 53, Girard, was served Monday with a secret indictment from 2024 for aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and cocaine on Dec. 23, 2023.

LISBON — A Pennsylvania man accused of involvement in a sex-for-hire case entered guilty pleas and will face sentencing on Sept. 4.

Anthony Allan Thompson, also known as Jessica Thompson, 41, Monroeville, Pa., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony promoting prostitution, fifth-degree felony possessing criminal tools and misdemeanor procuring, with a charge of misdemeanor soliciting to be dismissed.

Thompson was accused of posting an ad on a known prostitution website offering sexual acts for hire. Thompson was contacted by an undercover agent and offered to provide sexual acts in exchange for $200 and then offered a female for sex acts and transported her to the location in East Palestine on April 14, 2024.

Also in Common Pleas Court:

— Crystal Holloway, 47, Center Avenue, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree felony trespass and an amended offense of burglary, a third-degree felony instead of the original second-degree felony, with sentencing set for Sept. 18. Holloway was accused of entering a man’s residence without permission on Jan. 31, 2024 on state Route 164, Lisbon. He was home at the time and told her to leave. Charges also stemmed from alleged trespassing on Jan. 29, 2024.

— Brian Wagner, 48, Flushing, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree felonies of theft and passing bad checks, with sentencing set for Sept. 18. Wagner was accused of writing a bad check of $2,282 to Acme Steak & Seafood on March 28,2024.

— Angela Martin, 45, McKee Road, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits, a third-degree felony, with sentencing set for Aug. 29. Martin was accused of illegally using the assistance from Sept. 1, 2020 to Feb. 28, 2023.

— Tyler Sadler, 25, McCracken Road, Salem, was placed under community control for three years after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, with a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case for possessing methamphetamine and $55 on June 8, 2023. He was also ordered to forfeit the $55.

— Derrick Faulkner, 41, East Fourth Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, with sentencing set for Sept. 18. Faulkner failed to pay child support for one child from Dec. 11, 2022 to Dec. 8, 2024.

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Eric John Fromm, 53, Neptune Beach, Fla., was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and already completed an educational course. Fromm responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a female in exchange for money, arriving in East Palestine on April 11 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.

Shawn Harpold, 45, Spring Grove Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $400 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days in jail and credit for four days served, leaving six days still to serve in jail for endangering children and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Harpold was accused of failing to care for a child who was found wandering in a yard alone with no pants on when it was 21 degrees outside and snowing on March 2 in East Liverpool. Harpold was found in possession of a burnt pipe.

Crystal Wright, 47, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for drug paraphernalia for possessing a cut plastic straw with white powder inside it during a traffic stop when she was a passenger on Nov. 23, 2024 in St. Clair Township.

Hector Cuellar, 28, North Canton, was fined $200 for two counts of failure to file tax return for failing to pay the sales tax return on Aug. 24, 2024 and Sept. 23, 2024 for a business known as Los Dorados in Salem.

Kimberly Wilson, 54, was fined $1,300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 suspended and credit for one day served, leaving a balance of nine days left to serve for OVI second offense and speeding. Her driver’s license was suspended for two years, with driving privileges granted. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

All six counts of failure to file city income tax return were dismissed against Stephany Dehaven, 35, Bank Street, East Liverpool. Dehaven was accused of allegedly failing to file city income tax returns from 2019 through 2024 in East Liverpool.

Probation violation hearings were set July 17 for Michael Paul Terrigan, 45, Canton, for a 2023 case for engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and possession of drug paraphernalia and a 2024 case of attempted.

A pretrial was set Oct. 9 for Michelle Kerr, 43, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, charged with operating a vehicle impaired second offense, OVI breath second offense and no turn signal.

John Lanam, 45, 10th Street, Wellsville, was fined $1,130 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI, illegal plate, driving under suspension and no seat belt. A charge of registration violation was dismissed. Lanam’s driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

A pretrial was set Oct. 6 for Courtney Leasure, 36, Warren, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A pretrial was set Oct. 28 for Danielle Rauch, 29, Hunter Camp Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set Oct. 6 for Helen Aber, 51, Midland, Pa., charged with speeding.

A pretrial was set Oct. 7 for Brian Light, 59, Lisbon Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.

Abigail Davis, 26, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Evan Gamble, 26, Teegarden Road, Salem, was fined $30 for lighted lights amended from speeding, with a charge of driving under suspension dismissed.

Alexander Kelly, 18, Lisbon Road, Salem, was fined $50 for speeding.

Michael Perez Rosa, 27, Steubenville, was fined $250 for possessing marijuana, open container and speeding.

Anthony Bowles, 55, Hammondsville, was fined $105 for driving under suspension and a brake light violation.

Derek Oddo, 37, St. Edwards, Ill., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
