LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set June 16 for Christopher McMillan, 39, state Route 517, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly throwing flower pots at a woman, throwing a beer on her head and biting her on the right side of her face on June 4 in East Liverpool.
A pretrial was set June 16 for Knowledgeborne Price, 49, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with obstructing official business, aggravated menacing, resisting arrest and domestic violence for allegedly threatening a woman that he was going to kill her, giving a false name to police and then trying to push away from police on June 3 in East Liverpool.
Timothy Clavin, 58, Poland, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for requesting sexual activity from an undercover agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force in exchange for $140, then traveling to Salem for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession. The sentence was stayed pending an appeal of the court’s ruling against Clavin’s previous motion to dismiss the case. As part of the sentence, he was also ordered to complete 20 hours community service and a prostitution prevention course.
Dean Dominque Gore, 33, Campbell, was fined $750 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools after a jury found Gore guilty of both misdemeanor counts. As part of the sentence, Gore was also ordered to complete 20 hours community service and a prostitution prevention course. The sentence was stayed pending appeal. Gore responded to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranged for sexual activity with a female in exchange for money, traveling to East Palestine on March 27, 2024 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession.
A probation violation hearing was set Aug. 25 for Gavin Linden, 23, Crestview Road, Leetonia, for two 2024 cases when he was charged for aggravated menacing, harassing a police dog, criminal mischief, criminal damaging and disorderly conduct. The charges all stemmed from an incident May 28, 2024 in Fairfield Township when he allegedly made threats against a woman, put a large amount of dirt in a hot tub, damaged a truck belonging to a man, kicked multiple items at the woman as he was being taken into custody, then spit throughout the sheriff deputy’s cruiser he was placed inside and beat on the kennel and screamed at sheriff’s K-9 Jimmy, causing the dog distress.
A pretrial was set June 12 for Ashley Hill, 30, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with possessing drug abuse instruments for allegedly having hypodermic needles in possession on Nov. 30, 2024 in Salem.
A pretrial was set Sept. 9 for Shane Meade, 46, Pearl Street, Leetonia, charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle for allegedly removing the license plate from a woman’s vehicle on March 21 in Leetonia.
A pretrial was set Sept. 9 for Britania Brown, 44, Toronto, charged with criminal trespass for trespassing on June 4 at the Salineville laundromat on West Main Street, Salineville where Brown had been told several times to stay off of the property.
Robert Spatz, 20, East 14th Street, Salem, was fined $250 for disorderly conduct for playing music in his vehicle at an unreasonable volume in the early hours of the morning on March 14. He had been warned multiple times and recently was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for loud music.
A probation violation hearing was set Aug. 26 for Christopher Cain, 46, Navarre, for a 2023 case of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Cain possessed a glass pipe during a traffic stop in Salem on May 31, 2023.
A pretrial was set June 9 for Ethan Hart, 19, East Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with operating a vehicle impaired first offense, driving under suspension and driving on sidewalk.
A pretrial was set Sept. 2 for Melissa Ramsey, 50, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense and reasonable control.
Michael Gasaway, 44, Black Road, Lisbon, was fined $575 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 145 days suspended, leaving five days to serve in jail and 30 days to serve through electronically monitored house arrest for OVI and a lights violation. Another OVI count was dismissed. His driver’s license was suspended for one year and he was ordered to complete 25 hours community service.
Gavin Brown, 22, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Douglas Miner, 52, West Middletown Road, Beloit, was fined $40 for speeding.
Johnathan Post Sr., 37, Prospect Street, Salem, was fined $350 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.
Joshua Smith, 43, Tippacanoe, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Amy Carr, 47, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $125 for driving under suspension and a plate light violation.
Ethan Hill, 22, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $40 for expired tag, with a driving under suspension charge dismissed.
Dylan Conway, 24, North Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and expired tag.
